Prior to 2011 consulted Rusnano on infrastructure development concept and establishment of nanocenters in Dubna, Novosibirsk, Tomsk, Zelenograd, Kazan. As a Managing Partner at ValueTech Advisers he has closed 15 mergers and acquisitions deals in IT/Telecom sphere in 2006-2009.

He was a member of the Strategy Committee, the Appraisal Committee under the Board of Directors of RAO “UES of Russia”. Held the positions of Director of Corporate Governance GC “Nanotechnologies” and Director for Corporate Governance “RUSNANO”.
He graduated from the Omsk State University, Department of Economics, specialty “Management” and graduate specialty “Economic Theory”. Got a degree in Institute of Directors (UK) on corporate governance.
