Open Joint-Stock Company RUSNANO was established in March 2011 through the reorganization of Russian Nanotechnologies Corporation. OJSC RUSNANO supports the implementation of state policy for development of the nanotechnology industry by investing directly and through nanotechnology funds in financially efficient high-tech projects, facilitating the development of new industries in Russia. The key areas for investment are: electronics, optoelectronics and telecommunications, healthcare and biotechnology, metallurgy and metal goods, power engineering, machine-building and device manufacturing, construction and industrial materials, chemicals and petrochemicals. All of the shares of RUSNANO are in state ownership.
RUSNANO’s asset management functions are exercised by RUSNANO Management Company LLC, created in December 2013 with Anatoly Chubais as Executive Chairman.
FUND FOR INFRASTRUCTURE AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS (RUSNANO)
The Fund for Infrastructure and Educational Programs was created by Federal Law № 211 “On the reorganization of Russian Nanotechnologies Corporation” (dated 27 July, 2010). The task of the Fund is to create innovative infrastructure for the nanotechnology industry, including development of educational and infrastructure programs, which were initiated by RUSNANO. The Fund’s Executive Board is chaired by Anatoly Chubais, who is also Chairman of the Executive Board of RUSNANO Management Company LLC. The Chief Executive Officer of the Fund for Infrastructure and Educational Programs is Andrey Svinarenko.

“Russian Venture Company ” was founded in 2006 by the Government of the Russian Federation in order to stimulate the creation of a Russian venture capital industry , the development of innovative industries and promoting the international market Russian high-technology products.

Institute of Spectroscopy of the Russian Academy of Sciences
The Institute carries out spectral investigations of atoms, multicharged ions, plasma, molecules (both the simplest molecules in gas phase and complex organic ones in solid matrices), liquids, crystals and films, multilayer thin structures, superlattices, quantum wells, other nanostructures, high temperature superconductors, solid state surfaces, biological objects.
The important scientific trend of the Institute from the very moment of its foundation is provision with methods and apparatus for fundamental researches based on the use of new methods of investigation for designing the spectral instruments, and also the use of lasers, computers and other means for substantial increase in sensitivity, spectral, temporal and spatial resolution, precision and high speed of spectroscopic and analytical measurements. Many methods and devices were based on inventions and were designed in the Institute, and they are very promising as for their applications in national economy, defense, medicine and ecology.
Over whelming majority of researches corresponds to the very high world scientific levels. During 35 years of existence of the Institute more than 100 researches were qualified as Candidate of sciences (PhD equivalent) and 40 researches as Doctor of phys.-math. sciences.

Russian Technology Platform “Radiation technologies”
National Platform “Radiation technologies” was initiated by the State Atomic Energy Corporation Rosatom and was officially registered by the Governmental Hi-tech Technologies and Innovations Commission on Apr.1, 2011. Since Jan.2012 till June 2013 the platform was coordinated by Nuclear Cluster of Skolkovo Fund. Since July 2013 the coordinator of the platform is the non-commercial partnership “Society of professionals in radiation technologies”.
National platform “Radiation technologies” is focused on:
- promoting projects corresponding with platform’s technological priorities in microelectronics, healthcare, polymer modification etc.
- supporting creation and operation of startups in radiation technologies,
- development of cooperation with the global technological companies,
- technological foresight, the market trends analysis and development of the strategic research program in the field of radiation technologies,
- representing members of the platform for the government authorities,
- holding conferences, seminars, project sessions,
