We are looking for a commercial director in the contract technology laboratories BioSpark and ReadSense who will build and develop sales of genetic services.
Tasks
- Organization of sales and sales (B2B);
- Development of a unique selling proposition;
- Commercial proposal creation;
- Organization of product promotion – from the name, website to the development of a package of materials for product / service promotion;
- Participation in city innovation support programs, implementation of grants;
- Preparation and implementation of financial plans in terms of sales;
- Organization of the reporting system and its maintenance;
- Maintaining a customer base, processing transactions;
- Keeping a log of your work.
Qualification
- Higher education;
- Work experience from 5 years;
- Successful experience in sales and sales organization;
- Organization, responsibility, dedication;
- Good communication skills, politeness, competent speech;
- Higher biological / medical education;
- Readiness to master specific knowledge about services.
