The ophthalmic device manufacturer is looking for a CEO with medical device market knowledge to manage the company’s business functions.
- Participation in the formation of the company’s strategy and its implementation;
- Sales, finance, marketing, logistics, production orders and HR management;
- Organization of work to increase sales, expand the range and sales market;
- Search and development of large external clients at the level of top officials of companies and government agencies, personal meetings and negotiations;
- Interaction with foreign and Russian founders of the company, quarterly and annual reports on business development.
- Higher education: technical, management, economic or medical;
- Experience in managing sales of medical equipment;
- Experience in public procurement;
- Work experience in startups is desirable;
- Experience in team management – at least 2 years;
- Experience in negotiating at a high level;
- Systems thinking, leadership qualities, result orientation, presentation skills.
- Office in the modern campus of the TechnoSpark group of companies in New Moscow;

- Possibility of partially remote work.
