The contract manufacturing of composite products is looking for an executive director for the operational management of the company.
Tasks
- Participation in the formation of the company’s strategy and its further implementation: planning, development and implementation of strategic plans;
- Participation in discussions and resolution of issues related to sales, finance, marketing, logistics, production orders and HR;
- Control over the work of the production departments of the company, organization of work to increase the efficiency of the production site;
- Ensuring the high quality of services and manufactured goods, monitoring compliance with the corporate culture.
Qualification
- Education: higher (technical, management or economics);
- Experience in managing complex projects for the development, production and sale of complex technological products;
- Team management experience – 2+ years;
- Systems thinking, leadership qualities, result-oriented.
