Head of Yeast Laboratory
A specialized beer laboratory is looking for a manager who understands craft brewing and cultivation technologies.
- Making maintaining a collection of brewer’s yeast;
- Cultivation to obtain the desired concentration of cells;
- Microscopy, quality assessment, optimization of the laboratory;
- Record keeping of expendable reagents;
- Development of regulatory documents.
- Higher education biotechnological or related to the profile of microbiology;
- Knowledge of the principles of cultivation, the main characteristics of industrial strains of brewer’s yeast;
- Understanding fermentation technology (in particular brewing);
- Ability to work in aseptic conditions;
- Analysis of scientific literature;
- Work experience in the laboratory from one year, experience in the brewing industry from one year.
