IT Customer Support Specialist
The TechnoSpark startup studio is looking for an IT specialist to install, configure and repair equipment, install and update software.
- Reception and registration of requests from users;
- Installation, configuration and repair of peripheral equipment, installation and updating of application software;
- Purchase of equipment;
- Installation and configuration of network equipment, installation of SCS;
- Inventory and accounting of IT equipment;
- Assistance in reinstalling hardware and software at a new workplace.
- Confident knowledge of operating systems and Microsoft application software;
- Understanding the principles of network equipment and Ethernet architecture;
- Basic knowledge of VPN technology;
- Basic knowledge of AD, DHCP, LAN, Wi-Fi, computer components;
- Experience in simple repair and maintenance of computer equipment – at the level of modular repair;
A workplace in a modern campus in New Moscow.
