IT Customer Support Specialist

The TechnoSpark startup studio is looking for an IT specialist to install, configure and repair equipment, install and update software.

Tasks

  • Reception and registration of requests from users;
  • Installation, configuration and repair of peripheral equipment, installation and updating of application software;
  • Purchase of equipment;
  • Installation and configuration of network equipment, installation of SCS;
  • Inventory and accounting of IT equipment;
  • Assistance in reinstalling hardware and software at a new workplace.

Qualification:

  • Confident knowledge of operating systems and Microsoft application software;
  • Understanding the principles of network equipment and Ethernet architecture;
  • Basic knowledge of VPN technology;
  • Basic knowledge of AD, DHCP, LAN, Wi-Fi, computer components;
  • Experience in simple repair and maintenance of computer equipment – at the level of modular repair;
