A craft brewery yeast company is looking for a technologist assistant in connection with a production expansion.
Tasks
- Cultivation of culture for the production of liquid yeast;
- Autoclaving of containers;
- Preparation of wort in accordance with the technological instructions;
- Cultivation of strains of brewer’s yeast on a shaker;
- Workplace cleaning, equipment cleaning, preparation of daily production reports.
Qualification
- Education: biotechnological, biological, food production or cultivation of microorganisms – desirable;
- Permission to work with an autoclave is welcomed;
- Availability of a sanitary book;
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs.
