TEN fab manufactured the first export batch of Anisoprint 3D printers

In December 2020, the contract mechatronics, robotics, and medical equipment manufacturer TEN fab (part of the TechnoSpark Group of Companies of the investment network of the Fund for Infrastructure and Educational Programs of RUSNANO Group) manufactured and supplied a batch of Anisoprint 3D printers to Europe.

Composer A3 and Composer A4 3D printers by TEN fab are used for printing composite parts and instruments for aviation and automotive engineering, medicine, and other industries. Anisoprint printers are used by BMW, Schunk and other production companies.

TEN fab has been a contract manufacturer of Anisoprint 3D printer components since 2019, and since June 2020, it has been engaged in producing composite printers on a turn-key basis, manufacturing the printer cases, assembling, testing the printers and shipping them to the customers. The batch of 100 printers completely manufactured by TEN fab was shipped in December 2020; the entire batch was exported.


Before, we used to have our printers manufactured at a contract production site in Germany, but due to the pandemics, it was decided to select a production site in Russia. TEN fab offered the same project management quality as the German manufacturer, at the same time reducing the production cost and internal quality control expenses. We are satisfied with the result and optimistic about continuing our collaboration with TEN fab.

Anisoprint is a Russian-European company that develops and sells 3D printers for printing continuous carbon or basalt fibre-reinforced composite products. The composites used for anisoprinting are 30 times stronger than regular plastic, twice stronger and lighter than aluminium.

TEN fab is a part of TEN Group, which incorporates TechnoSpark contract businesses, providing a full range of modern contract manufacturing: engineering, industrial design, additive and composite production, assembly operation.
