For the third straight year, the TechnoSpark Group of Companies heads the innovative section of the TechUp annual national ratings of Russian fast-growing high-tech companies. On January 29, 2021, the Russian Venture Company published the rating for 2020.
In 2020, TechnoSpark entered the TechUp top-3 in the section of innovative companies. In 2019 and 2018, the TechnoSpark Group of Companies was also among the top innovative companies. Troitsk Research and Development Center, which is a part of the TechnoSpark Group, as well as Ulnanotech Ulyanovsk Nanocenter, operating within the investment network of the Rusnano Group’s Fund for Infrastructure and Educational Programs, were also highly rated.
In 2020, 100 new high-tech jobs were created by the TechnoSpark Group of Companies. The Russian Center for Flexible Electronics was opened, known to be one of the first in the world to produce flexible transistor matrices; full-scale manufacturing was arranged on a contract basis, including the production of components for Covid diagnostics; an online system for entrepreneurial competencies assessment was created.
Being compiled annually since 2012, the TechUp ratings are designed to search, monitor, and promote the promising and fast-growing companies with the high leadership potential to operate both in the Russian and global markets. Participation in the rating is free of charge and open to the public.
In addition, according to the ratings of the Russian Association of Clusters and Technology Parks, TechnoSpark has been recognized as the most effective technology park in the country for five consecutive years.
