On November 18, the Head of the TechnoSpark’s School of Technology Entrepreneurship (part of the investment network of the Fund for Infrastructural and Educational Programs of the RUSNANO Group) Anna Yelashkina will talk on the serial creation of companies from scratch and on the development of entrepreneurial skills.
Anna Yelashkina and the Director of the ITMO startup studio Aleksandr Tarasov will discuss the first attempt in Russia to transfer a venture-building model to the context of a university, as well as processes that may become fundamental for the new startup studio.
The key topics will be:
- What is technology entrepreneurship and what skills are required for creating a successful startup?
- Are entrepreneurs born or made: can a person learn entrepreneurship?
- What hinders the development of entrepreneurial initiative among students?
- Is it possible to create projects of the future without having an initial capital and without interrupting study?
The event will take place on November 18 in Saint Petersburg at the ITMO National Research University at the address: room 207, 11/2 Tchaikovskogo Str. It begins at 2 p.m.
