Using additive technologies, TEN MedPrint produces customized batch endoprostheses and individual implants.

The company uses industrial 3D-printers for the items production. They make the medical items by means of selective laser melting when the laser consecutively melts layers of titanium powder in accordance with the geometry of the item being produced.

The titanium alloy powder, used in the printing and certified for medical applications, makes it possible to create biocompatible endoprostheses. The production process is certified for compliance with the medical items production quality management system ISO 13485-2017.

The company cooperates with Russia’s largest traumatic and restorative surgery centers: The Russian Ilizarov Scientific Center for Restorative Traumatology and Orthopaedics, N. N. Blokhin Russian Cancer Research Centre. In the year 2020, the company is starting mass production of the first additive Russian intervertebral fusion cages for Pozvonoq company in more than 20 types and sizes.

TEN MedPrint is planning to build Russia’s first plant for mass medical endoprostheses production by additive technology methods.
