Contract manufacturing of additive endoprostheses is looking for a 3D printer operator to control the printing of products and subsequent quality control.
Tasks
- Ensuring the operation of a 3D printer (SLM, DLP, MJP, FDM);
- Preparation of 3D models for printing in Materialize and CURA programs;
- Preparing a 3D printer for work;
- Maintenance of equipment in production;
- Post-processing of products after printing from metal, plastic, photopolymer (removal of supports, machining);
- Rationing and evaluation of the cost of orders;
- Product quality control, reporting.
Qualification
- Education: higher technical – desirable;
- Experience with industrial 3D printers – from 1 year;
- Knowledge of additive technologies;
- 3D modeling skills;
- Knowledge of English;
- Accuracy, perseverance, stress resistance.
