The contract genetic laboratory is looking for a specialist to carry out analyzes by PCR and NGS methods. Training is possible.
Tasks
- Isolation of DNA and RNA from various materials;
- Performing tests by PCR, PCR-RT;
- Performing electrophoresis of RNA or DNA in agarose gel;
- Preparation of libraries for NGS;
- Qualitative and quantitative analysis of DNA and RNA.
Qualification
- Work experience in a molecular laboratory is desirable;
- English language: technical – desirable;
- Knowledge of the basics of molecular biology is desirable.
