The subject of the purchase is the purchase of Equipment: “Chamber electric furnace for heat treatment”. Planned date for determining the counterparty and concluding the contract: 4 quarter. 2021 year.

 
Requirements and characteristics are mandatory:

• Internal dimensions of the working area (LxWxH, in mm): 1600 (1500min) x 1000 (800 min) x 600 (500 min);
• Working temperature: 1200 ºС (1050 ºС min);
• The environment in the workspace is air;
• Maximum power consumption: no more than 90 kW;
• The presence of a thermostatic control device for an electric furnace with the function of building a heating-holding-cooling schedule and a memory for 50 programs;
• Availability of a system for collecting, storing and analyzing information about the temperature and programs executed on the electric furnace;
• The presence of an independent device for recording temperature indicators inside the furnace;
• Availability of an interface for communication with a PC;
• The presence of removable baking plates included. Plates have not been discontinued, with the possibility of additional purchase if necessary.
• The presence of a set of permits and accompanying documents (declarations of conformity, certificates of conformity, conclusions, product passport, operating instructions, verification data, etc.) provided for such equipment by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
• Payment: to a treasury account opened (opened) by a supplier to the Office of the Federal Treasury in Moscow
• Delivery and installation: by the Supplier, at the address Moscow, Troitsk, st. Promyshlennaya, house 2A.
• Briefing (training) of the Customer’s personnel according to the order of use.
• The equipment must be new, not used, manufactured in 2020-2022.
• Delivery deadline: Q2 2022
• Warranty service: at least 12 months.

 
Desirable requirements and characteristics:

• Furnace opening with vertical door opening mechanism;
• Availability of automation of the system for opening and closing the door of an electric furnace;
• Availability of a hard copy temperature recorder for the working area.

 
Requirements for participants:

• The Participant has full civil legal capacity for the conclusion and execution of the contract, including the presence of state registration as a legal entity / individual entrepreneur;
• Failure to liquidate the Participant and the absence of a decision of the arbitration court on the introduction of any procedure applied in the bankruptcy case against the Participant;
• The Participant – an individual entrepreneur, or the head, members of a collegial executive body or the chief accountant of the Participant – a legal entity – have no unreleased or outstanding convictions for crimes in the economic sphere, as well as the non-application of punishment to these individuals in the form of deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities that are related to the execution of the future contract, and administrative punishment in the form of disqualification;
• The Participant’s activities should not be suspended in the manner prescribed by the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation;
• The Participant has no arrears in taxes, fees, arrears of other obligatory payments to the budgets of the budgetary system of the Russian Federation for the past calendar year, the amount of which exceeds 10% of the book value of the Participant’s assets according to the financial statements for the last reporting period.
